A new $16 million development is coming to the City of Menominee

At a conference held by the Brownfield Authority Wednesday evening the enhancement team Veridea introduced a new undertaking to the authority alongside with members of the Menominee Town Council and County Board.  Menominee Business Growth Company Director Nancy Douglas states, “we’ve been doing work for more than a 12 months with a possible developer on the aged Kmart house.”

“This part of the undertaking is section a person,” says Douglas.

The builders are functioning closely with the town, county, and brownfield authority to make this new challenge a success for the Menominee – Marinette communities. Tentative groundbreaking will be summer months of 2022.
