A new addition overlooks the Bayshore at the West Shore Fishing Museum
Along the West shore of Environmentally friendly Bay is the Historic West Shore Fishing Museum. To commemorate an achievement that took ten-decades, numerous volunteers, and many donors Is the newest boardwalk. Volunteer Noreen Johnson suggests, “the goals for this venture were to have folks delight in the attractiveness of the Bayshore and we are also educating them on the atmosphere.”
“We are also teaching about the background of the red rock,” states Johnson.
The West Shore Fishing Museum is inside of Bailey Park positioned roughly 15 miles north of Menominee on M-35 Just observe the shady driveway into the museum grounds on the north stop of Bailey Park. They are open up now through Labor Working day.
