Chrissie Swan has denied crediting her extraordinary bodyweight loss transformation to quitting liquor.

In February, Chrissie advised The Australian Women’s Weekly she ditched alcoholic beverages and commenced walking each working day when the Covid lockdowns started out.

‘We couldn’t go out to meal, we couldn’t go to a friend’s household, they couldn’t occur to us, we couldn’t go outdoors 5 kilometres. All we could do was wander, and so that is what I did,’ she spelled out.

Chrissie commenced going for walks only short distances, but steadily increased her exercise and now walks for two several hours for each day.
