DECIDE WHEN TO COME IN AND HAVE A SAFE DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND THE PERSON NEXT TO YOU. WHEN YOU COME IN, IT’S A TOUCHLESS CHECK-IN, USING THAT SAME APP. WE HAVE ASKED EVERYBODY TO MASK UP WHILE YOU WALK AROUND THE GYM AND WE HAVE EVERYBODY WIPING DOWN THE EQUIPMENT BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE. THAT’S WHAT WE CALL GYMING COMPETENTLY AND BEING CLEAN-SIDERATE. THEO: HOW DO YOU STAY MOTIVATED DURING THE PANDEMIC? >> INVEST A LITTLE TIME EACH DAY. STUDIES HAVE SHOWN JUST 10 TO 15 MINUTES OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IS NOT ONLY GOOD FOR YOUR CARDIO RESPIRATORY HEALTH BUT ALSO GREAT FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. AND RIGHT NOW, A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE FEELING STRESSED, WHETHER IT BE PANDEMIC RELATED, HOLIDAY RELATED, OR JUST LIFE RELATED. WHEN YOU WORK OUT, YOUR BRAIN RELEASES SEROTONIN TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER. THEO: VERY, VERY TRUE. NOT EVERYONE IS COMFORTABLE GETTING INTO THE GYM, BUT YOU HAVE ONLINE CLASSES? >> YES, WE STILL HAVE THE UNITED WE MOVE CAMPAIGN. IT’S STILL GOING SUPER STRONG.
