Those recipes have been handed down from era to generation and Galeno carries on that tradition with her three grownup young children. The food is deeply layered with an infusion of aromatics, unique salts, daring spices and that staple of common Italian cooking, olive oil. 

Galeno is proud to say all the food items bought in the shoppe is healthier, all-natural and manufactured without the need of preservatives.

A signature dish is the shoppe’s therapeutic soup.
