Menominee County’s preliminary budget looks strong for the upcoming year

Menominee County Administrator Jason Carrivou presented the proposed 2021/2022 budget to the county board yesterday evening with comprehensive guidance. When there were being some raises and decreases in the price range over-all the county will be starting out robust going into 2022 with $4.1 million in the fund stability that is a 47% setting up fee for the funds 12 months. Carrivou says, “overall I am quite pleased with exactly where the county stands financially suitable now, the only point that is hanging over us like a dark cloud is the pension legal responsibility until it’s taken care of.”


With the preliminary quantities looking very good and revenue at $8.2 million for the county. The board will satisfy in two-weeks to approve or change the 2021/2022 finances.
