Soooo a great deal of The F*ck It Diet program journey is about therapeutic our relationship with foods, so we can have a “good” romance with foodstuff. But…. what is a superior marriage with meals!?!?!
A superior relationship with meals suggests you can relax around food stuff, eat without the need of stress or anxiety, and actually delight in your meals.
It signifies you are out of the diet / binge cycle, and can eat freely, rely on your cravings, belief your urge for food, and consume carbs, extra fat, and protein without the need of overthinking any of it.
You never depend calories or macros, and you really don’t stress about feeding on “too substantially foodstuff,” you just try to eat. When you do take in “too a great deal food” and get uncomfortably total, you know it’s a-alright, and your system can tackle it. Maybe you were excess hungry, possibly you experienced some restrictive views that led to a binge, but both way, you can just return to small business and eating as normal. No strain or stress or repenting demands.
